What is Executive Coaching?

Coaching is a results orientated developmental alliance providing the client with structure, tools and perspective to help bridge the gap between where they are today and where they want to be.

Innerchoices uses a self directed learning approach empowering the individual to discover and develop their own solutions whilst challenging them to realise their full potential. This relationship, whilst targeting the clients needs, operates on many levels - working on specific issues, creating strategic insights, motivation and sustainability.

How Does Coaching Work?

A coach works on a confidential one to one basis over an extended period of time.  Usually a minimum period of three sessions based around the needs of the client. These confidential sessions provide a safe environment for open and genuine communication based on integrity, trust, respect, accountability and a willingness to grow.  

During these sessions the coach facilitates the client to evaluate their actions and behaviours, eliciting different perspectives, providing feedback and encouragement to equip the client with new ways of tackling situations.  At the end of each session the client will commit to taking actions for the following period. At the next session, discussion will take place around the challenges faced and the insights gained as a result of the actions taken. This enables the client to develop new skills and tools to achieve the results they want.
