Innerchoices was started by Trina (Catriona) Skidmore, in 1991. Prior to this Trina built on her business and computer science degree developing her expertise in business analysis, re-engineering and business management consulting. It was during this time she came to appreciate the most important factor to successful transformation is managing those affected by the change to abandon their current thinking and ineffective processes, thereby facilitating their adoption of the newly engineered solutions and culture.
Trina’s success is built around translating strategic planning into operational change with a unique ability to swiftly build strong relationships, based on trust and integrity providing a secure transition for growth. Due to her strong management background in the field she has a unique capacity for insight into the needs of managers tackling complex organisational change. Trina understands the language, politics and needs of the corporate world as well as the personal difficulties in achieving the balance of work, family and personal goals.

Innerchoices has been providing executive coaching, with 360 degree feedback, emotional intelligence competencies, change management, organisational audit and development as well as team effectiveness programs for individuals and organisations for over 20 years to a wide variety of key organisations, executives and schools.
