Business is about relationships. Effectiveness on the job is directly related to the way we think about ourselves and the way we perceive others. Staff with core values such as honesty, trust, ownership and who develop their emotional intelligence, require less managing allowing more time to manage & grow the business.
People are motivated by work that provides growth, recognition, meaning and good relationships and to be included in decisions that affect them. If this is missing in your company we can work with you to find the optimal learning and results orientated programs needed for your people. Below are some examples of programs we run.
Example Programs
Leadership Management 1
This workshop focuses on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and the relevance this has in today's corporate environment. As business is about relationships, the understanding and managing of both interpersonal and intrapersonal EQ is a key factor for success. Myers Briggs, Dynamic Listening, Feedback , as well as the role emotions and beliefs play in our effectiveness are all explored in this workshop.
Leadership Management 2
This workshop utilises Human Synergistics Life Style Inventory (LSI) tool to provide individuals with 360 degree feedback. The effectiveness or ineffectiveness of ones performance on the job is directly related to the way we think about ourselves and the way we perceive others. The LSI looks at our thinking styles which influence our goals, relationships & how we handle stress and our effectiveness as leaders.
Here focus is on providing the individuals with personal levers for change for them to grow and achieve higher personal effectiveness which directly contributes to the overall organisational effectiveness.
Conflict Management
This workshop explores the management of conflict in the workplace. By utilising the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) tool we get to understand what motivates us compared to others and how conflict arises when things are not going well. By understanding your conflict sequence, more constructive approaches and resolutions to difficult issues can be more readily employed.
