Culture ... Transforming Businesses by Aligning Culture with Business Strategy

    These are important questions which require understanding for an organisation to be truly successful.  Culture is the life blood of the organisation.  It provides the insight into how people are expected to behave, the amount of autonomy, empowerment and responsibility they have.  

     

    Although senior management strive to guide behaviour through statements of desired values, how culture really works is that organisational members look to signals regarding what is expected of them through the forces they face on a day-to-day basis.   These forces are structures, systems, technologies, skills/qualities which determine members belief in how they should behave & feel that shapes the true operating culture of the organisation.
